Why Odisea Exists
Migration is often measured in numbers — arrivals, permits, statistics. What gets overlooked is the psychological weight of the journey itself: rebuilding identity, relationships and a sense of belonging, often while navigating a new language, culture and system.
This isn't a fringe experience. In Switzerland, nearly a third of employees now report emotional exhaustion, and migration can add another layer: learning a new language, rebuilding a professional network from zero and, often, working far from what someone originally trained for.
Researchers even have a name for one extreme expression of this experience: Ulysses Syndrome — a concept inspired by the ancient hero's long journey through loss, uncertainty and distance from home. It isn't a mental illness. It describes what can happen when the demands of rebuilding a life exceed the support available to carry them.
Odisea wasn't created as therapy. It exists to make that journey feel less solitary — creating spaces where people can connect, regain a sense of belonging and feel supported while building a life in a new place.
What We Believe In
Fire
Every journey asks for courage. We believe in the strength to begin again, and the fire that keeps us moving forward.
Water
Change is constant. We believe in adapting with grace, trusting the current instead of resisting it.
Earth
Belonging starts with roots. We believe in building the stability that lets people grow.
Air
Moving forward sometimes means letting go. We believe in releasing what no longer serves us, to make room for what's next.
The Journey
Odisea is built around four immersive experiences inspired by the classical elements.

Together, these experiences create a journey of personal growth rather than isolated workshops.
Projects Gallery
Each Odisea experience is designed around one of the elements. The first — The Spark — is taking shape now. The others are on their way.

Current Stage
Odisea is currently growing through research, creative development and the design of its first experience, The Spark. This first chapter represents the beginning of a much larger vision: building a community where people feel inspired, supported and connected through meaningful experiences. As the project evolves, new workshops, collaborations and community initiatives will continue to expand the journey.
Looking Ahead
My vision for Odisea extends beyond workshops. I imagine a growing community, meaningful collaborations and, one day, a dedicated space where people can choose the experience they need based on where they are in their own journey.
One step at a time. One meaningful experience at a time.
